The Bodet Harmonys Multizone Microphone provides flexible IP paging and voice announcement control across large buildings, campuses and multi-zone facilities. Using capacitive keys and a four-digit zone selection system, users can quickly direct live or recorded messages to specific rooms, individual speakers, groups of speakers or the entire site.
With support for up to 500 four-digit directory numbers, the microphone is well suited to schools, government facilities, factories, industrial sites and other large environments where announcements need to reach specific audiences.
Precise Multizone Paging
Each four-digit number can be assigned to a particular destination within the Harmonys audio system.
Depending on the system configuration, a number can represent:
- An individual speaker
- A room or zone
- A group of speakers
- Multiple zones
- A group of two to four speakers
Users can enter the required number using the capacitive keypad, while the LCD screen displays the associated room or zone name to help confirm the selected destination before broadcasting.
A general call function is also available when an announcement needs to be sent to all configured speakers.
Live, Recorded and Delayed Announcements
The Bodet Harmonys Multizone Microphone supports several methods of delivering voice announcements.
Three dedicated push-buttons allow users to:
- Record a message
- Broadcast a live announcement
- Send a recorded message for delayed broadcast
Recorded messages can be reviewed through the built-in loudspeaker before they are transmitted, helping users confirm that the announcement is clear and correct.
A jingle can also be played before the message to attract attention before the announcement begins.
Internal Message Storage
The microphone can store up to 30 recorded messages in its internal memory, allowing frequently used announcements to be retained for later playback.
Voice messages can also be archived, providing additional flexibility for organisations that regularly reuse standard announcements.
This makes the system suitable for routine operational messaging as well as immediate paging.
Designed for Large Sites
With up to 500 selectable directory numbers, the microphone can manage paging across extensive facilities and multi-building campuses.
Its zoning capabilities allow organisations to communicate with a specific room, department or building without unnecessarily broadcasting the same message throughout the entire site.

PoE Network Installation
The microphone connects directly to the IP network and is powered using Power over Ethernet (PoE), reducing the need for a separate local power supply.
It is designed for indoor use and operates in temperatures from 0°C to +50°C.
