The Grandstream GHP631 Hospitality IP Phone and GHP631W are compact, customisable IP phones designed for hotels, guest rooms and other hospitality environments. Both models combine clear HD audio, simple operation and flexible installation options, making them suitable for hotels, apartments, dormitories, hospitals, retail stores and other commercial environments.
Supporting 2 SIP accounts and 2 lines, the GHP631/GHP631W provides 10 speed-dial keys, 6 context-sensitive soft keys and 3-way audio conferencing. Full-band Opus codec support delivers high-quality voice communication, while an advanced jitter-resilience algorithm can tolerate up to 30% packet loss without significantly affecting voice quality.
The GHP631W adds integrated dual-band Wi-Fi 6, supporting 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless networks for installations where wired network connectivity may not be convenient. The series also includes a 100Mbps Ethernet port with PoE support, providing flexible deployment options for hospitality and commercial installations.
Both models are supported by Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS), allowing administrators to centrally configure, provision, manage and monitor Grandstream endpoints. This simplifies deployment and ongoing administration across hotels and other facilities with multiple phones.
The Grandstream GHP631 Hospitality IP Phone can be installed on a desktop or wall-mounted to suit different room layouts. A USB Type-C charging port provides convenient charging for compatible mobile devices, while Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) and enterprise-level security features help make the phones suitable for professional deployments.
