Mobatime ECO-M-DC Digital Clock

The Mobatime ECO-M-DC Digital Clock is a 7-segment LED digital indoor clock in a slim aluminium case, for time, date or alternating time and date display. It is available with 57mm, 75mm or 100mm digits in six colours, with a black or silver frame (other RAL colours on request), and can be synchronised by NTP over PoE or mains power, WiFi, or MOBALine, DCF and IRIG-B.

Display Options

The ECO-M-DC can show the time, date, temperature or stopwatch continuously, or alternate between time, date, calendar week, temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure, with a customisable interval of 0 to 60 seconds for each display. Temperature displays need an external temperature sensor. Display brightness can be adjusted manually or automatically with a sensor, and the viewing angle is 160°. Time can be shown in a 12 or 24 hour cycle, with or without a leading zero and with AM/PM indication, and temperature can be shown in °C or °F.

The clock frame is made of aluminium sheet in black or silver, with any RAL colour available on request. The anti-reflection plexiglass front cover includes a filter layer for readability, and can be detached to reach the push buttons. The degree of protection is IP54, and the clock operates from -5°C to +55°C in 0% to 95% non-condensing humidity.

Stopwatch Functions

The stopwatch counts up from zero for up to 24 hours, or counts down from a preset time, with a stop at zero, an automatic restart or counting into negative values. It can show intermediate times and freeze the display, counts in steps of 1 day, 1 minute, 1 second or 1/100 second, and can be controlled by push buttons, an IR remote control or a big red button.

Synchronisation and Network

The Mobatime ECO-M-DC Digital Clock runs autonomously from an internal quartz base with an accuracy of ±0.1 seconds per day at constant temperature, and any time zone can be configured. Synchronisation options include NTP multicast or unicast (mains or PoE), WiFi (2.4GHz or 2.4/5GHz), or MOBALine, DCF, IRIG-B and 24VDC pulses (mains powered). It supports IPv4 and IPv6, DHCPv4 and DHCPv6, and can be configured through a web interface. The RTC is backed up by a supercapacitor, with a lithium battery available as an option.
